Founded in 1893, Dublin Central Mission (DCM) is a part of the Methodist Church in Ireland, committed to expressing the Christian faith in a practical manner in the Dublin area.

Abbey Street Methodist Church

This is the DCM base, and is one of the most accessible churches in the city centre of Dublin. We are located just 75 metres from O'Connell St. in the center of  the capital.
Our Congregation is noted for the warmth of its welcome. Visitors and tourists are made especially welcome. The church building attracts around 2,500 people through its doors every week. A key feature is that many self-help groups use the premises on an ongoing basis. For more informaton seewww.dcmiss.ie/abbey-street

Mount Tabor Care Centre & Nursing Home

A further key component of DCM's work is its services to the older person. All these services are provided on the basis of need, not creed or denominational background.  One key part of this service is carried out in Mount Tabor Care Centre & Nursing Home based in Sandymount, Dublin 4. For more informaton see www.dcmiss.ie/mount-tabor

DCM Sheltered Housing

A second key component of DCM's services to the older person are the two sheltered housing complexes at
'Margaretholme'  in Sandymount and 'Ailt an Oir' in Glenageary.
